1. Scope
1.1 These Founder Plan Terms apply to each business that subscribes to the Founder Plan ("you") and are part of the Fishtape Terms of Service (the "Terms"). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms.
1.2 "Founder Contact" means the individual who accepts these Founder Plan Terms for you.
1.3 We may stop offering the Founder Plan to new customers at any time.
2. Founder price
2.1 Your Founder Plan price will not increase while your Founder Plan subscription remains active. Section 4.5 of the Terms does not apply to your Founder Plan price.
2.2 A payment we collect within our payment retry period keeps your subscription active.
2.3 Your Founder Plan price ends permanently when your subscription ends.
2.4 Any seats, Pages, or plan upgrades you add are charged at our then-current prices.
3. Participation
3.1 Each calendar month, you will take part in at least one feedback call with us lasting at least 30 minutes, at a time we agree with you, and you will respond to the surveys we send you.
3.2 We may contact your users by email and phone call about feedback, research, and the Service. You consent, and will have each participant consent, to our recording feedback calls. We will state at the start of each recorded call that it is being recorded.
3.3 If you do not meet Section 3.1 in any calendar month, we may send you email notice. Your Founder Plan subscription then ends at the end of the first billing period that ends at least 30 days after the notice.
4. Publicity
4.1 You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your company name and logo in our marketing to identify you as a Fishtape customer. The Founder Contact consents to our use of their first name with your company name in that marketing.
4.2 You may not withdraw the license and consent in Section 4.1 while your Founder Plan subscription is active. They end 30 days after your Founder Plan subscription ends. We need not withdraw materials published before then.
4.3 We will publish a quote attributed to you or any of your users only after the quoted individual approves its wording. Giving a quote is optional and does not affect your Founder Plan price.
